Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Important: Customers are required to take photos and/or videos as proof while opening the package. Without unboxing proof, we will be unable to process any return, exchange, or refund request.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
